When Will My Order Ship?
We know how exciting it is to get something new, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy your new plant! That’s why we ship year-round, regardless of local weather conditions. Your order will typically be processed within 2-5 business days of placement.
Our plants are packaged in our Southern California or Florida warehouse for safe delivery. If any damage occurs during shipping, you’re covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.
What If There's an Issue with My Order?
We take pride in our plant shipping service and guarantee that your plant will arrive fresh and healthy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer satisfaction team, and we’ll make it right.
Winter Shipping Update
As winter approaches, we’re adjusting our packing methods to account for colder temperatures. We’ll begin recommending heat packs for shipments to colder states in the coming weeks as temperatures dip below freezing.
Our team will monitor weather patterns closely, and in some cases, orders may be delayed by up to two weeks until conditions improve. We recommend 1 heat pack for every 1-4 plants; orders without a heat pack that suffer cold damage won’t be covered under our healthy plant delivery guarantee.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If an item doesn’t work for you, just email [email protected] to request a prepaid return label and specify the item and size you’d like in exchange. We’ll do our best to process exchanges by the next business day.
Our Coverage Policy
We guarantee all plants will arrive in good condition when properly ordered. Please review the following policies:
- Address changes for processed orders must be requested within 24 hours.
- During cold weather, drop shippers must add a heat pack for cold-state orders. Orders without a heat pack that suffer cold damage won’t qualify for replacement or refund.
- Courier delays and lost items are not covered under our guarantee.
- Plants damaged during shipping that don’t fall under the exceptions above may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If an item doesn’t work for you, just email [email protected] to request a prepaid return label and specify the item and size you’d like in exchange. We’ll do our best to process exchanges by the next business day.
Can I get a full refund?
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom items, and personal care products. For orders that arrive in poor condition due to our shipping error, we’ll gladly issue a refund or arrange a replacement.
To qualify, please email [email protected] with your order details, a picture of the damaged item, and shipping information. Only one replacement order will be issued. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
After 30 days, returns are accepted at Green Memento's discretion and may be refunded as store credit.
